In like a lion...

It's finally March! Spring will be here before we know it! Attend one or more of our awesome upcoming programs to help pass the time!


All weekly storytimes will run through the end of April. 
No registration necessary - just show up ready for fun!
Preschool Storytime - Tuesdays @ 10:30 am & 1:30 pm - For children ages 3 1/2 - 6 years old, with or without a caregiver.
Evening Baby Book Nook - First Tuesday of Every Month @ 7:00 pm - For children birth - 2 years old, with a caregiver.
Baby Book Nook - Wednesdays @ 10:30 am - For children birth - 2 years old, with a caregiver.
TOT Time - Thursdays @ 10:30 am - For children 2 - 3 1/2 years old, with a caregiver.

PJ Family Storytime: Library Lions - Monday, March 9 from 7:00 - 7:45 pm - Lions are roaring in the library! Join us for lion stories, songs, games, a fun craft, and a scrumptious snack that all little lions will want to gobble up! Wear your PJs and bring a stuffed friend to join in the fun! Leprechaun Traps - Thursday, March 12 from 4:00 - 5:00 pm - Make a colorful trap in hopes of
catching your very own Leprechaun this St. Patrick’s Day! Feel free to bring along any recyclables you’d like to use in your trap. For children in Kindergarten—5th Grade. Please register!

Preschool STEM: Rainbow Science - Monday, March 16 from 3:15 - 4:15 pm - Come
discover the science, technology, engineering, and mathematics involved in rainbows and light with stories and hands-on activities designed to engage young minds! For children ages 2 — 5, with a caregiver. Please register!

Taco Tuesdays: Middle School Book Group - Tuesday, March 17 @ 6:00 pm - This month we’ll be discussing Tiger’s Curse by Colleen Houck. Request your copy of this month’s selection at the circulation desk. For students in grades 6—8. Please register!

Anime Club - Thursday, March 19 from 4:00 - 5:00 pm - Do you enjoy anime and manga? Then you won’t want to miss our fun anime club! Come watch anime, enjoy Japanese snacks, and talk with fellow enthusiasts! For students in grades 6—12. Please register!

Personalized Paper Dolls - Monday, March 23 from 4:30 - 5:30 pm - Paper dolls were all the
rage in the 1940’s! Help us celebrate our 70th anniversary by making your own personalized paper doll. If you’d like it to look like you, bring a photo you’re willing to cut. For children in Kindergarten—5th Grade. Please register!

 Lego Extravaganza Club - Wednesday, March 25 from 4:00 - 5:00 pm - Calling all Lego
fans! Come build with us! We’ll have Legos you can use, but feel free to bring your own too! For children ages 3 and up. Please register!

Annual Family Egg Hunt Extravaganza - Sunday, March 29 from 3:00 - 4:30 pm - A mischievous bunny has hidden eggs throughout the entire library and we need your help to find them! Join us for games, crafts, snacks, and an extreme egg hunt! Fun for the whole family! A $2
donation, per child, is requested. This is an after hours program—Library doors will open at 2:45 pm! Please register!

Tail Waggin' Tutors - Monday, March 30 from 7:00 - 8:00 pm - Trained therapy dogs will be here hoping to hear a story or two! Practice your reading skills while enjoying the company of some furry friends! For children ages 4 and up — reading ability encouraged but not required. Please register!
